Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Drayvenn Lab (drayvennlab.in) to find clinics and request appointments. By using the site or confirming a booking you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Drayvenn Lab is
Drayvenn Lab is an appointment booking platform. We are not a hospital, clinic or healthcare provider, and we do not employ the doctors listed. The medical service itself is provided only by the clinic and its doctors, and they are responsible for it.
No medical advice, emergencies
Nothing on this site, including the chat assistant, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The assistant can only suggest what type of specialist to see. For any health concern, speak to a qualified doctor. In an emergency call 108 or 112, or go to the nearest hospital. Do not wait for an appointment.
Bookings
- A booking on Drayvenn Lab is a request. It becomes final only when the clinic confirms it. Until then it shows as Pending.
- The clinic can reject or reschedule a request, for example if the doctor is unavailable. We will show the new status in your bookings.
- Rescheduling a booking sets it back to Pending until the clinic confirms the new time.
- Each booking gets a reference. Keep it private. With your mobile number, it is what protects your booking details.
- When you book for someone else, you confirm you are allowed to share their details and to consent for them.
Fees and payment
Consultation fees shown are set by each clinic and may change. You pay the clinic directly at the clinic. Drayvenn Lab does not collect payment for consultations and charges patients nothing to book.
Cancelling and no-shows
You can cancel a Pending booking yourself from your bookings or the Track page. For a booking the clinic has already confirmed, please call the clinic to cancel. Please cancel rather than miss an appointment, so the slot goes to another patient. Clinics may have their own no-show rules.
Your responsibilities
- Give correct details (name, age, mobile number) so the clinic can reach you.
- Do not book under someone else’s identity, make fake or repeated bookings, or use another person’s booking reference.
- Do not scrape, probe, overload or try to break into the service. Guessing of booking references is rate-limited and blocked.
- You must be 18 or older to book for yourself. A parent or guardian must book for a child.
Clinics and listed information
Clinic details such as timings, doctors, fees and photos are supplied by the clinics and may change. The clinic’s own information prevails. Some clinics shown while we are building the service may be marked as sample clinics, and bookings on them are not real appointments. Listing on Drayvenn Lab is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality.
Your account
You can use the site without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so do not share your OTP or device. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Slots can be taken by others while you are booking.
Liability
We are responsible for running the booking platform with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the quality of care or any treatment at a clinic, for a clinic cancelling or changing an appointment, or for loss caused by things outside our control such as internet or power failures. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nil as the service is free for patients. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in India that have jurisdiction. Please write to us first at hello@drayvennlab.in so we can try to resolve it.
Privacy and changes
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms as the service grows. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
